Administration/Support

    Managed Care Assistant
    Seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to fill this full-time position in our Portsmouth Office. Responsibilities include the screening and monitoring of authorized services, monitoring compliance with contract requirements, tracking service utilization of managed care contracts, and acting as the primary contact for authorizations, PCP referrals, and provider enrollment. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services field and one year of related experience required. Excellent computer and communication skills required. 37.5 hour work week with full benefits.

    Vocational Specialist
    Seeking an innovative, energetic candidate for our Exeter office to assist individuals recovering from severe and persistent mental illness to attain and maintain competitive employment. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services plus familiarity with Supported Employment (SE) as an evidence based practice. Experience working on a multidisciplinary team and with people who have severe and persistent mental illness are preferred.     Seeking a Master's level therapist to join the Child, Adolescent, and Family Services team. Clinician must have experience with youth and families and be skilled in family systems theory and practice, diagnostic evaluation, crisis assessment, and community liaison work.     Master's Level Clinician
    The Community Support Program at Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join the Portsmouth based multidisciplinary team. This person will perform office and community based individual therapy and supportive services to adults with severe mental illness. The applicant must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and must be either licensed or working toward licensure in the state of New Hampshire. Ability to work in a team setting and experience with crisis intervention, dual diagnosis, and/or State systems a plus. This is an ideal position for someone who is seeking variety and to be challenged clinically.

    Group Home Manager
    The Community Support Program is seeking an energetic and compassionate mental health professional to manage the Center's eight-bed group home for persons recovering from severe and persistent mental illness. The manager is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to staff, maintaining records according to agency and state policies, providing direct services to consumers, overseeing the annual re-certification processes and coordinating admissions to, and discharges from, the group home. Ideal candidates should have group home experience and a master's degree in human services. This is a challenging and varied position offering opportunities for leadership, management and direct service.

    Child and Family Services Director
    We are seeking an experienced and seasoned leader to manage our multidisciplinary Child, Adolescent, and Family Services Department. Candidates must possess a Masters degree in a related field, be licensed or license eligible in the state of New Hampshire and must have at least 5 years of direct service experience. Candidates should also have prior experience providing clinical supervision, as well as administrative experience regarding clinical workload. Previous experience in a New Hampshire community mental health center setting is a plus. Seacoast Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary and benefits package.     Community Support Program Team Leader
    Join our dynamic clinical management team! Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a NH licensed mental health clinician to lead a Community Support Program (CSP) team based in Portsmouth. Using a person-centered model, CSP provides recovery-oriented mental health services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and clinically astute individual with organizational and leadership strengths. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of evidenced-based practices and the NH community mental health system are also pluses.
